HOW DO I PAY ON YOUR SITE?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal, the choice is yours. All payment methods are secure and verified by shopify.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK?
We do ship worldwide from the UK, so it may be possible that your parcel is subject to taxes and duties on arrival at the delivery country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the item. If you have any queries regarding charges you must contact your local customs office.
DO I NEED TO CREATE A I LOVE MY BAG ACCOUNT?
You can chose to purchase as a guest, or you can register for an account with us. This means we can keep you up to date with our special offers, and when you buy again, the checkout process will be much faster. Your details will be stored securely and we never pass on customer details to third parties.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Yes, we'll let you know when your order has been received. And we'll also email you to let you know it's been dispatched.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK?
It's free! Yep, that's right, completely free to any UK address when spending over £25.00 on an order. For orders under £25.00 we charge £3.95 delivery. We reserve the right to contact you and request additional shipping fee if you are purchasing goods over 4kg as this would incur additional charges.
HOW FAST WILL MY BAG BE DELIVERED?
We use My Hermes to deliver our bags to you as we believe this is the quickest way to get them to you safely. We aim to have your bag with you in 2-3 working days. If you have not received your bag within 7 days of dispatch confirmation, please contact us via email@example.com.

I WANT TO BUY AN ITEM BUT IT SAYS SOLD OUT
We understand how disappointing it can be if a bag is sold out. If this happens to you, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to source the item for you.
ISSUES, RETURNS OR REFUNDS
We hope you will love your handbag, but if you would like to return it, you can do so up to 14 working days after your item has been delivered.

Please include your order number within the packing.
When returning an item to us, it must be returned with packing and labels attached and in the condition received. We cannot accept any used items unless they are faulty. If you are returning for any reason other than a fault, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We encourage you to use a traceable returns service to do so.
Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your return and refund.
